附注 (Additional Notes):
- 鼓励休假 (Encouragement for Leave): 鼓励单位和个人结合带薪年休假形成更长假期，以错峰出行。
- Units and individuals are encouraged to arrange their paid annual leave in conjunction with these holidays to create longer vacation periods and help stagger travel peaks.
- 值班与安全 (Duty and Safety): 节假日期间，各地区、各部门需妥善安排值班、安全、保卫和疫情防控等工作，确保人民群众祥和平安度过节日假期。
- During the holidays, all regions and departments must properly arrange for duty, security, and epidemic prevention and control. In case of any major emergencies, they must report and handle them in accordance with regulations to ensure people have a peaceful and safe holiday.

- 春节日期说明: 2月15日为农历腊月二十八，2月16日为农历正月初一。
- Lunar Calendar Note for Spring Festival: Feb. 15 corresponds to Lunar Dec. 28, and Feb. 16 is Lunar New Year’s Day.
